1. Cancellation before shipping:
- If you want to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at wearbambeekids@gmail.com or 9137781164.
- Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
2. Cancellation after shipping:
- Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
- We have a no-refund policy. Bambee Kids will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.
