Return & Exchange Policy:

Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items, as these products cannot be reused or resold. However, we offer a return or exchange policy for rare instances involving damaged products, quality concerns, or incorrect sizes received. Please refer to the guidelines below:


Damaged or Tampered Products:

If your product arrives damaged or tampered with during delivery, kindly contact our customer care team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide relevant images or videos of the damage. Once our quality check is complete, we will gladly replace the item and arrange delivery of the new product.


No Refunds Policy:

While we do not offer refunds, in the event of a damaged product or other unforeseen issues, we offer store credit, which can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.


Exchange Requests:

All exchange requests will be thoroughly reviewed by the Bambee Kids team. To qualify, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


Post-Delivery Responsibility:

Bambee Kids cannot be held responsible for any damages occurring after delivery. Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper care are not covered under our return, refund, and exchange policy.
