• Only iron on low heat. Bamboo fabric is naturally wrinkle-resistant.
• Only tumble drying on low. However, laying flat to dry helps preserve softness and durability.

At Bambee Kids, we ship all orders via courier from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

• Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 6 PM.
• Some courier partners may request an OTP to complete delivery. Please provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. An OTP will be sent to the phone number provided at the time of purchase.
• Bambee Kids is not liable for any damage after delivery.

At Bambee Kids, we are committed to ensuring a delightful shopping experience with our high-quality, eco-friendly products. Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used items, as these products cannot be reused or resold.

However, we do offer a return or an exchange policy for rare instances involving damage or quality concerns wrong sizes received. Please refer to the guidelines below:

• Damaged or Tampered Products: If your product arrives damaged, tampered with, during delivery, kindly contact our customer care within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide relevant images or videos. Once our quality check is complete, we will gladly replace the item and arrange for delivery of the new product.
• No Refunds Policy: While we do not provide refunds, in the event of a damaged product or other unforeseen issues, we offer a store credit, which can be redeemed for future purchases on our website.
• Exchange Requests: All exchange requests will be thoroughly reviewed by the Bambee Kids team. To qualify, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Post-Delivery Responsibility: Bambee Kids cannot be held responsible for any damages occurring after delivery. Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, or improper care are not covered under our return, refund, and exchange policy.

1. Cancellation before shipping:

• If you want to cancel an order that hasn’t been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting us at wearbambeekids@gmail.com or 9137781164.
• Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.

2. Cancellation after shipping:

• Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
• We have a no-refund policy. Bambee Kids will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.
